Any request for information, correction, blocking or cancellation as well as revocation regarding a non-authorized use of personal data as well as a revocation of consent to collect, record or process personal data is to be addressed to this unit.

In certain cases that ALLERGOPHARMA is obliged as a matter of law to pass on per-sonal data of the user to third parties. If necessary in order to clear a misuse or for the general purpose of prosecution, personal data is passed on to the criminal enforcement offices and to damaged third parties.
